JOB DESCRIPTION: 

gg is looking for a product-aware Mid-Level Android Developer to join its team and help continue the Company's growth. The ideal candidate will have to be comfortable with exploring new pieces of tech and how they may benefit the Company's products. Fundamentally, he/ she needs to be his/ her own biggest critic and want to continually improve. The Mid-Level Android Developer will be involved in (and making) big decisions on the Company's stack and future tech roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Work closely with teams to ship new and redesign existing features;
- Write efficient, maintainable code for Android-based devices;
- Improve the code base through continuous refactoring;
- Implement new and extend existing APIs;
- Responsible for release and QA cycles of the code;
- Be deeply concerned about excellence and perfection in products and services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Strong knowledge of core Java, Kotlin;
- Strong background in object-oriented design;
- Deep understanding of Android SDK and unit testing frameworks;
- Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques;
- Ability to take care about teammates, about doing a good job, about details;
- Attention to last minute details and strong sense of quality;
- Energetic, self-motivated team player;
- Person pleasant to work with.
