JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Amundi-ACBA Asset Management CJSC is looking for a motivated and skilled young specialist for the position of Middle Officer. The incumbent will manage and coordinate Middle Office activities related to fund management operations; propose and follow action plans for improving tools and documenting processes; and produce in due time reliable and good quality reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Perform day-to-day operational activities, including checking and assuring the integrity of pension funds with the custodian and fund administration agent;
- Ensure trade processing of local and foreign securities;
- Produce factsheets and other reports;
- Improve tools and processes linked with the activity evolution;
- Write procedures for the middle office activity;
- Responsible for communication with the custodian and fund administration agent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline;
- 1-2 years of working experience in finance is an asset;
- Fluency in business English and Armenian languages; knowledge of French language is an asset;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
- Strong team player, initiative and eager to learn;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
