JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Republic Square Boutique Hotel is looking for a Night Shift Receptionist to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Make room reservations and assignment;
- Make guest registration;
- Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities;
- Receive payments by credit card or in cash;
- Responsible for guest room keys;
- Send and receive mail and messages;
- Set appointments;
- Responsible for filing and record keeping;
- Perform other job-related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- Work experience in tourism;
- Fluency in Russian and English languages;
- Teamwork skills.
