JOB DESCRIPTION: 

N&K Consulting LLC is seeking a candidate to fulfill the position of Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Organize and manage the ongoing activities of the company;
- Coordinate and perform tasks related to office management;
- Follow the documents flow of the Company;
- Implement and develop further CRM portal in the activities of the company;
- Studying the basic tools of CRM;
- Implementation of basic tools together with the Company management;
- Constant monitoring of the development of CRM portal (webinars, articles, video tutorials) to discuss with Company management the expedience of using new tools and evaluating the effectiveness of using already implemented tools by company departments;
- Assist the Company managers in assessing the effectiveness of employees' work according to the portal data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Working experience in administration sphere is a plus;
- Participation in trainings, seminars and qualifications is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages, both oral and written;
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of MS Office;
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to maintain deadlines to meet all project schedules.
