JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Figaro Restaurant Group is looking for a Pastry Chef for its Segafredo brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Prepare cookies, cakes, pies and other confections;
- Create new desserts to renew the menu and engage the interest of customers;
- Ensure exciting and beautiful presentation of the pastries; use icing, toppings and other decorating technique;
- Periodically provide a new menu;
- Play a leadership role in the kitchen overseeing the staff who prepare desserts; make sure that the operation runs smoothly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Work experience in pastry production;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Attention to detail and creativity;
- Organizing and managerial skills.
