JOB DESCRIPTION:
SDA NGO is seeking expressions of interest from photographers/ videographers to create photo and video documentation of the modern methods and techniques in animal husbandry, documenting the whole process of female farmer's personal growth in an attractive way.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create photo documentation for 16 actions (4 per each female farmer). For each action, produce 10 edited photo files showcasing the process;- Create a 4-5-minute video per action (16 actions), featuring ambient sound and action steps, highlighting the landscape, people (both female farmers and their animals) as well as the various related activities such as pieces of training for farmers;
- Create one master 6-8 minute reel, highlighting the subproject, showing all female farmers' progress, "before and after" situation.
Strategic Development Agency NGO has absolute ownership towards all produced materials.
All deliverables are subject to Strategic Development Agency NGO's review and approval:
- All un-edited photo files;
- All un-edited video footage;
- Subproject photo stories - 10 edited photo files per action, submitted on a hard drive and organized into folders organized by region and farmer name;
- Final edited 4-5 minute video reel of each action (16 actions);
- Final edited 6-8 minute master reel of "before and after" progress.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience providing services of similar scope and size through at least 3 years of experience in photo and video production, including experience producing high-quality content in rural areas of Armenia;- The estimated level of effort: 16-18 days for shooting, 51 days for editing (3 days for each set of photo/ video);
- Anticipated travel needs: 17 trips to regions throughout Armenia. Many can be accomplished in one day, others may require an overnight.
