JOB DESCRIPTION: 

GNC Alfa (Rostelecom Armenia) CJSC is seeking a proactive and experienced specialist for the position of PHP/ Laravel Developer.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Work with management and Company core team to help architect the Company's next generation of applications;
- Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle;
- Write clean/ well-designed codes;
- Follow industry best practices;
- Produce detailed specifications of application needs and requirements;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- At least 3 years of PHP development experience;
- Knowledge of recent versions of PHP, preferably 7.x;
- Relational database setup and use (MySQL 5.6 or later);
- Hands-on frontend development experience utilizing HTML, CSS (or SCSS/SASS/LESS), client-side JavaScript and jQuery;
- Knowledge and experience of Git version control;
- Strong experience with web service integration and development, including REST and SOAP;
- Experience in creating/ documenting an API is a plus;
- Experience with Oracle and MSSQL is a plus;
- Knowledge of server and site performance optimization is a plus.
