JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Dorado Web LLC is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and high qualified specialist to join its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Work with the customer support team to provide after-sales support for Company products;
- Work with customers/ customer support specialists to identify software problems and advise on the solution;
- Troubleshoot, test and fix faulty software;
- Analyze common trends/ underlying problems of Company products, reported by the customers, and inform respective departments;
- Work remotely with customers and assist in installing and configuring Company products on customers' websites;
- Work with Company different departments to address customer concerns in the most efficient way;
- Keep up to date with the latest technology of the industry.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in web development. Experience in customer support is a plus;
- Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla and Drupal CMS;
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX;
- Strong communication skills. Ability to convey difficult technological solutions in a simple way;
- Analytical skills to be able to determine the issue and evaluate the best way to resolve it;
- Problem-solving skills and ability to instruct customers on how to perform technological maintenance;
- Time management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Excellent team working skills.
