Ameriabank is looking for a Portfolio Management Senior Specialist in Retail Banking Department of Retail Business Banking Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for small and medium business loan portfolio management.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in SME planning activities and identify the Bank's targets in various segments;- Research SME market potential by industries and sub-segments, develop impact campaigns to strengthen the Bank's positions;
- Develop recommendations for improvement of portfolio yield and quality;
- Support in sales, customer relationship management and benchmark achievement;
- Manage relationships with partner organizations;
- Develop recommendations for increasing sales performance;
- Perform other duties related to small and medium business loan portfolio management;
- Prepare relevant reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Finance, Economics and/ or Engineering;- At least 3 years of work experience in the financial-banking field, of which at least 2 years in the field of business lending or financial analysis;
- Strong knowledge of bank accounting principles, banking legislation and standards;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS-Bank;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Team-player skills and ability to work independently;
- Result-driven personality; ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
- Business need assessment and analysis skills;
- Financial analysis skills;
- Representation skills;
- Commitment to work and sense of responsibility;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
