JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Armenian Territorial Development Fund is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Procurement Specialist should conduct procurement procedures according to the World Bank procurement guidelines, specifically:
- Prepare Procurement Plans;
- Prepare Bid packages;
- Evaluate Bids;
- Carry out contract management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Finance, Law or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the procurement field;
- Knowledge of the World Bank procurement guidelines and procedures;
- Knowledge of Armenian procurement laws, policies and ARMEPS electronic procurement system;
- Excellent reporting, interpersonal and team working skills;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of and skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet research.
