JOB DESCRIPTION:
Evocabank is looking for a Product Owner (E-Commerce) to join its team. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for VPOS network expansion and active customer acquisition;- Responsible for registration and maintenance of VPOS services within ArmSoft and Smart Vista programs;
- Responsible for card transactions analysis in Smart Vista;
- Responsible for partner companies transactions monitoring;
- Stay up to date with the field innovations and make improvement suggestions;
- Prepare and present relevant reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in financial or information technology areas;- 2 years of work experience in the customer service, preferably in payments systems or POS services;
- Experience with ArmSoft and Smart Vista programs;
- Advanced sales skills;
- Outstanding communication skills with strong business acumen;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Good command of English and Russian languages.
