JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Bacon Product LLC is looking for a responsible and motivated Project Manager for the implementation of the Company's projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Be involved in the development of the concepts and the business plan of implementing the Company's projects;
- Develop and optimize the project implementation plan and schedule;
- Manage the project budget and deadline;
- Oversee the project implementation; take full responsibility for the implementation of the projects within the set schedule, budget and quality;
- Set up a team for the implementation of projects and directly manage it;
- Within the framework of project implementation, ensure effective collaboration with other departments at the company and affiliated structures, set goals and objectives before the stakeholders;
- Define the need for external resources required for the project implementation and take measures for their acquisition;
- Identify possible risks and deviations from the established plan and schedule, develop and execute a prevention plan;
- Settle conflict situations in the business communication of project participants;
- Prepare and control the process of receiving and creating accompanying documents (reports, estimates, contracts, commercial offers);
- Inform the leadership about the project implementation process and the final outcome;
- Devise and introduce the new proposals regarding possibilities for improving the project to the leadership;
- Identify resource needed and assign individual tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education in Project Management or Marketing;
- Experience in project planning, implementation and management is desirable;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage;
- Knowledge of PMBOK, MS Project, JIRA, and project management processes is preferred;
- Management and communication skills;
- Effective change management skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate freely with people.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 

Starting from 150,000 AMD (Net), plus bonuses

Bacon Product is located in the village of Arzni, Kotayk Marz. Transportation from Yerevan is carried out by the Company transport.
