JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Coca-Cola HBC Armenia is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Assure Quality Control programs implementation (incoming control, intermediate and final products control, not standard product control, microbiological control, new products registration and manufacturing);
- Manage Quality Control Department (participation in the selection process, training and improvement of qualifications, shifts management, right records keeping, costs planning and management);
- Assure compliance and improvement of Quality Standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Hellenic Group Requirements) and compliance to legislative requirements in the territory of the Republic of Armenia and Eurasian Economic Union;
- Coordinate consumer complaints and food safety programs including prerequisite programs such as Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitary-hygienic requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education, preferably in Chemistry or Biology;
- At least 2 years of experience in food quality management;
- Proficiency in Armenian and English languages;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Conflict management skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- People development skills;
- Effective team management skills;
- Ability to manage strategy and targets.
