JOB DESCRIPTION: 

"Bars" Real Estate Company is looking for a proactive candidate for the position of Real Estate Agent. The incumbent will be responsible for leasing, buying or selling property for clients. A key part of the Real Estate Agent's role is to perform duties, such as study property listings, consult prospective clients, accompany them to the property site, discuss conditions of rent and sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Provide guidance and assist clients in selling and purchasing property;
- Present purchase and lease offers to sellers and lessors for consideration;
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them;
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- Work experience as a Real Estate Agent is preferable;
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently or as a team member;
- Pleasant and trustworthy person;
- Familiarity with MS Office.
