JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Car&Van Rent a Car is looking for a car Rental Agent with excellent customer service and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Process and fill in all the requested paperwork;
- Responsible for vehicles check in and check out in headquarters, Yerevan airport and other cities and locations of Armenia if requested by customer;
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or rental vehicles;
- Explain rental terms and conditions, including insurance coverage requirements;
- Help customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on factors such as price, mileage;
- Provide customers with directions to their destinations using maps or other tools such as GPS devices;
- Explain local traffic laws and regulations, such as speed limits, parking lots, etc.;
- Arrange damaged vehicles for repairs or for replacements when they are malfunctioned;
- Coordinate with auto repair shops to schedule technical maintenance of the vehicles;
- Perform other job-related duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Availability of driving licence, with at least 2 years of driving experience;
- Ability to work at night shifts;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
- Ability to work under pressure.
