JOB DESCRIPTION: 

SIXT Armenia is looking for a capable Rental Agent who will have strong communication skills and wil demonstrate customer-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will be trained by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Be aware of the company, prices, rental terms and other company procedures;
- Provide customers with complete and comprehensive information;
- Complete all necessary rental documents;
- Check-out and check-in vehicles;
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service;
- Carry out transportation of cars as needed;
- Maintain the high standards of SIXT Car Rental's image and brand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work a mixed work schedule (day and night);
- Communication skills, high sense of responsibility and attention to details;
- Driver's license category "B" (ability to drive cars with a manual gearbox).
