JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Hosteeva is looking for a smart, creative and responsible Reputation Management Specialist. The incumbent will be required to monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings on different websites. His/ her skills should include the ability to communicate clearly, discuss, present, influence, act quickly in matters of emergency, make decisions and be driven to maintain and keep up with the best reputation of the Company. Direct communication with customers is required, therefore he/ she should be fluent in English language. The incumbent should have a "go get" attitude and be able to get the required results in a smart and eloquent manner. He/ she will have the opportunity to develop strong consultative relationships with customers along the way. Most working hours will match with the hours when in the USA is a daytime, including weekends if necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Work with the local and global teams;
- Interact with international guests (via email, SMS, phone calls);
- Monitor reviews and ratings on different travel sites;
- Manage and respond to reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia and other platforms;
- Track insights on all the above-mentioned platforms for monthly reporting purposes;
- Prepare reports of progress, and generate new ideas for the Company's growth;
- Follow up with the cases by managers to prevent any negative feedback by the guests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Fluency in English language; excellent writing and communication skills;
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus;
- Proficiency on relevant platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor) is a plus;
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly;
- Ability and experience working in a deadline driven, production-based, fast paced environment;
- Detail oriented self-starter who is comfortable with independently managing deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills; good time-management skills;
- Excellent multitasking skills; strong analytical skills;
- Enthusiasm to learn and take on increasing responsibilities, work independently and produce results;
- Ability to shift priorities as needed, decide and act without having complete picture;
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to be concise, clear and get desired message across;
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in high intensity situations with tight deadlines;
- Highly organized individual able to manage multiple projects within very tight deadlines.
