JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Chronograph is looking for a driven, friendly and client-oriented Sales Assistant to join its team and represent famous brands. Ideal candidate is interested in luxurious watches, jewellery and accessories and wants to work in a world known brandy organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Welcome and greet customers;
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants;
- Presentably and efficiently describe product features and benefits;
- Actively be involved in product ordering and new shipments receiving processes;
- Keep up to date with product information;
- Follow the Company's all policies and procedures and standards;
- Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions to address their issues or challenges.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Proven working experience in retail sales;
- Strong customer orientation and sales skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Highly responsible and detail orientated person;
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality;
- Sense of design and color;
- Creative attitude and merchandising skills;
- Self-motivated, team player.
