JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team. He/ she will design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. The Sales Manager will also manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Responsible for marketing and monitoring of the market;
- Develop relationship and involve new partners;
- Improve all sales projects and provide compliance with international requirements and standards;
- Conduct negotiations with potential customers and partners;
- Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Plan, organize and manage sales activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Sales or in a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of sales and marketing;
- Computer literacy; knowledge of MS Office.
