JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Acquerant Corp. is looking for a Sales Manager in telecommunications sphere. The applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability. The position requires to constantly meet/ communicate with potential and current clients, thus communication and presentation competencies will also be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Plan sales goals and develop strategies to meet the plan;
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary;
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships;
- Sell VoIP services for corporate technology and communications systems;
- Identify, develop and establish relationships with prospective customers through the combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments;
- Understand ideal customers and the way they relate to products;
- Design customized, cost-effective solutions for clients;
- Maintain an updated database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status;
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, sales techniques, etc.;
- Maintain existing accounts; resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to the management;
- Promote the Organization and its products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Experience in sales field; experience in telecommunications field is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Business or in a related field;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
- Dedication to providing great customer service;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Results-driven person;
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
