JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Beau Monde Service" travel agency is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join its team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract new customers;- Respond to inquiries received via mail and phone calls, secure sales, accept orders;
- Carry out sales;
- Track orders;
- Provide necessary information and reports to the immediate supervisor;
- Work with existing and new partners, provide feedback and technical support;
- Perform market analysis and create a database of potential customers;
- Manage all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the website);
- Follow digital trends and find new opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education;- Relevant work experience;
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms;
- Creative thinking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Energetic and active person;
- Negotiation skills and ability to get orientated quickly;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Stress and interpersonal management skills;
- Striving to learn for self-development.
