JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Garage Masters' Mall is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic specialist to fill the vacant position of Sales Manager in Commercial Department. The Company is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help the Company meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the Company competitive and innovative. He/ she will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Analyze marketing trends for Garage Mall products and services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor degree;
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, vehicles and market of spare parts;
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite software.
