Sales Specialist for Amasia Wool Factory

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

People in Need Czech NGO Representative Office in Armenia is looking for a Sales Specialist for Amasia Wool Factory. He/ she will help in planning and implementing the sales activities of the factory in designated areas to achieve sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop and maintain a customer database;
- Schedule sales activities;
- Develop and make presentations of the Company products and services to current and potential clients;
- Negotiate with clients;
- Develop sales proposals;
- Prepare and present sales contracts;
- Carry out market research and surveys;
- Participate in events related to sales;
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development;
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant fields (will be an asset);
- Work experience in sales as a Sales Representative/ Manager, consistently meeting targets;
- Technical skills related to sales;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; sufficient knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales;
- Knowledge of customer service principles;
- Presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Problem analysis and problem-solving approach;
- Information management skills;
- Adaptability;
- Persuasiveness.

ABOUT: 

Amasia wool processing factory is established within "EU4Shirak: Wool for Jobs" Project. The Project is co-funded by the EU and is implemented in cooperation with RA Government. Project implementing partners are "People in Need" NGO, WINNET Armenia, SCCI and Amasia municipality. Wool processing factory performs the following processes: purchase and sorting of wool, washing, dyeing, yarn and fabric production. Factory has both production line and semi-manual equipment. Annual production capacity of the factory is about 10-15 tons, number of employees about 20.

ABOUT COMPANY: 

People in Need (PIN) is an international, non-profit organization established in early 1990's in the Czech Republic.
