JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Tel-Cell CJSC is looking for an experienced Senior C#/ .Net Developer to be part of its development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Design, develop, create and manage a series of C#/.Net software programs;
- Embed, modify and improve existing programs;
- Responsible for detection and correction of problems, and code optimisation for software performance improvements;
- Assess general dates, risks and demands;
- Participate in design meetings to discuss the feasibility of project requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, protocols and methodologies;
- At least 5 years of professional work experience;
- Work experience with the following programs: ASP/ ASP.Net (C#/ VisualBasic .Net) and .Net framework;
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, web services, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and VBScript;
- Knowledge of TCP sockets, JSON format and application level network protocols;
- Advanced knowledge of OOP;
- Organizational skills, in particular distribution of tasks between team members and performance control during entire process of their development and testing;
- Knowledge of C++ is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field;
- Good knowledge of Russian language;
- Knowledge of technical English language.
