JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Senior Financial Consultant of SME Customer Relations Division.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain SME customer base;- Draft the list of SME customers and participate in the development of individual (per customer) sales worksheet;
- Organize meetings, visits, consultations, support for SME customers in all stages of sales of banking services;
- Collect basic information about SME customers activities, estimate their opportunities, analyze the customers relationships with banks, banking services, share his/ her viewpoint on customer demands and expansion of cooperation;
- Perform financial analysis of SME customers, creditworthiness assessment, initiate an opinion (proposal) on lending to SME and submit for approval to the decision-making body;
- Monitor the intended use of loans, perform regular monitoring;
- Control the service of the loan and deposit portfolios of SME customers;
- Draw up loan and other applications for SME customers;
- File and submit to the Line Manager responses to the requests of other subdivisions of the Bank on SME customer specific transactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (economic education is preferable);- At least 3 years of experience in the financial and banking sector for the last 5 years mainly in lending of legal entity customers;
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of LS-Bank is a plus;
- Good knowledge of sales and banking services;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language.
