JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Inecobank is looking for a Senior Lawyer to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Draft and implement all kinds of civil and other contracts, sample forms of documents necessary for the Bank's activities, provide legal expertise;
- Develop drafts of the Bank's internal acts and other documents, provide legal expertise;
- Responsible for legal support of functions arising from decisions of Bank's management;
- Examine documents included in the Bank's credit packages (loan agreements, collateral agreements) and implement legal expertise;
- Provide legal assistance to Bank's customer service and lending related units, prepare necessary documents;
- Provide legal advice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education in Law;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Knowledge of Civil and Banking legislation of the RA;
- Knowledge of Economic law;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools;
- Relevant work experience in the financial sector or law firm will be considered an advantage.
