JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deloitte Armenia is looking for a Senior Legal Consultant. Deloitte Legal Services group consults on legal issues, prepares contracts, and assists with corporate procedures, complex reorganizations, due diligence and acquisition structuring. The Senior Legal Consultant works in an integrated team with Deloitte’s tax and corporate finance specialists, and offer assistance to clients in establishing a business presence in Armenia. Comprehensive legal services are an integral part of any international business. Deloitte offers a wide range of legal services and the Senior Legal Consultant will assist the clients including but not limited to: Corporate law; Commercial law; Labor law; Dispute resolution.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become a part of the team working on legal advisory projects for major Armenian and multinational companies;- Cooperate with Deloitte’s Tax, Audit and Consulting departments, provide cross-functional support to clients;
- Assist senior colleagues with the development of Deloitte Legal practice in Armenia through a creative and value-added approach to business issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Law;- At least 4 years of professional experience in the corporate and commercial fields (but other experiences will be considered);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian legislation;
- Excellent written and oral writing and communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to deliver legal service projects in line with tight deadlines and to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on collaborative working and relationship building;
- Experience working with clients from different jurisdictions;
- High client-service orientation with a proven commitment to quality;
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships;
- Skills to manage drafting of legal documents;
- Hhighly analytical skill set with an ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and to evaluate large amounts of information for the purposes of identifying underlying key issues and their broader implications.
