Double Coconut is looking for a sturdy, driven and analytical Senior .Net Developer who who seeks to have a key role in the Company. The incumbent should be able to write maintainable code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. He/ she should be a team player and excellent communicator. The ideal candidate is also enthusiastic about .NET framework/ .Net Core and software design/ architecture. The Senior .Net Developer's goal will be working with internal/ external teams to design, develop and maintain software.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read, understand and modify the code written by others;- Perform software development based on the requirements;
- Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives;
- Assist junior developers in tasks implementation;
- Daily report about the progress in accordance with Agile practices;
- Write clean, scalable code using C#;
- Design, develop and support new and existing business solutions;
- Ability to do a code review of other team members and give a feedback.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;- At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- At least 4 years of experience in .NET framework with C# and ASP.NET MVC;
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles;
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a timely manner;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Good knowledge of unit test, integration test;
- Ability to work independently and communicate results effectively to peers in the team;
- Knowledge of R programming language is a big plus;
- Knowledge of .NET core, WinForm and Angular JS is a big plus;
- Flexibility and adaptability in regards to learning and understanding new technologies;
- Experience with modern design patterns;
- Experience with Git version control;
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines;
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills;
- Proactive and self-motivated personality;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Team worker.
