Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:
FAST is looking for a Senior Partnerships Officer, who will drive its partnership relationship management locally and internationally. The incumbent will develop partnership portfolios and come up with creative tactics to build partnerships. The successful candidate is an insightful professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement the Company's partnerships strategies in Armenia and overseas;- Ensure and champion robust partner relationship management locally and internationally, based on institutional and project needs;
- Conduct comprehensive research and develop full partnership portfolios;
- Conduct negotiations with potential and current partners;
- Lead the performance reporting and analytics of key partner agreements;
- Continuously analyse the progress on partnership relations and propose clear tactics to support and improve the process;
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency, productivity and partner experience improvements;
- Develop creative approaches and tactics to engage partners in the Company's activities and programs;
- Deliver regular progress and/ or results presentations to Management;
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of relevant initiatives, as needed;
- Work hand in hand with Communication's and other teams;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Communications, Business Management or a related field;- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strategic thinking;
- Non-linear thinking and ability to come up with creative solutions;
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
- Excellent command of English, Armenian and Russian languages, as well as written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to act independently, and work with team members of all levels;
- Ability to work in an organized fashion and to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines.
