JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Zeppelin Armenia LLC is looking for a Service Administrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Accept and register all incoming appeals of the clients of the Service Department in the corporate system by registering all necessary information;
- Redirect incoming call and correspondence to the responsible employee corresponding to the inquiry of the Company department;
- Ensure sending off department's outgoing documentation;
- Ensure archiving and safety of department's production documents in the archive;
- Keep the time sheets of all employees of the Service Department;
- Register official instructions and vacations of the subdivision employees;
- Enter in the business system data regarding nonproductive time records of the Service Department's mechanics;
- Submit the reports to the Branch Manager in timely manner;
- Keep records of material values staying by the usage of Service Department;
- Conduct realization of inner and client orders on the basis of submitted service orders;
- Bring information on general-purpose regarding the orders and instructions, regarding the Company, direction, department to the notice of the department employees;
- Deal with placing applications for office staff and household goods for the Service Department;
- Implement other instructions of the line manager concerning the Department's activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or in a relevant field;
- Experience in international organizations is a plus;
- Knowledge of 1C is a plus;
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Strong sense of teamwork;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work in different situations and under time pressure.
