Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:
Dorozhnik LLC is looking for a motivated professional to fulfil the position of Site Manager for the projects located in Shirak, Lori and Armavir marzes. The incumbent will wok in Yerevan with frequent travels to Shirak, Lori and Armavir marzes.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the construction works by the approved design drawings;- Specify the actual locations of the underground communications (water supply and sewerage pipelines, electrical and telecommunication cables, etc.) of the construction sites before the start of the construction works;
- Ensure road safety actions (provisional access roads, detours, ensuring the traffic minimal corridor for the construction works);
- Provide the logistics to the construction sites;
- Ensure the availability of machinery mechanisms, relevant equipment, construction signs, on the construction sites;
- Provide the personal protective relevant equipment and uniform for the construction staff;
- Monthly submit the necessary materials list, drawn together with the Engineer;
- Make records of the labor engaged at work and submit the monthly salary calculations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 10 years of work experience in the field of engineering infrastructure construction;- Experience in civil works carried out within the framework of international programs;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in English language; German language knowledge will be a plus;
- Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office, AutoCAD;
- Ability to travel/ live in Shirak, Lori and Armavir Regions;
- Work experience in international projects with the application of FIDIC Contract conditions;
- Capability to work both individually and as part of a team;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues;
- Driving license.
