JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Ameriabank is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual with analytical thinking to fill in the position of SMM Specialist. The incumbent should be familiar with cutting edge digital technologies and will be responsible for improving Ameriabank's digital interactivity according with the requirements of time and for keeping current and potential clients updated via online tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop and follow social media marketing strategy;
- Create content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other if needed) and develop, follow SMM calendar;
- Manage and monitor various social platforms and answer public comments of consumers on a daily basis;
- Monitor competitors' activities in social medias and report on situation;
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
- Track performance and present reports on Social Media activity;
- Monitor international and local social media trends, make recommendations and create content based on that;
- Conduct social media listening, suggest and implement posts/ activities on social media according to that.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Communications;
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-related sphere, preferably as a Social Media Marketing Specialist;
- Experience in finance or banking or a related sphere will be a plus;
- Excellent content development skills;
- Excellent analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/ financial skills, organizational, team-player and marketing skills;
- Excellent copywriting skills;
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and peculiarities of each;
- Ability to multi-task and to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
- Courteous manners and commitment to work; strong sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and MS Outlook;
- Proficiency in any of the following graphic design software: Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
- Excellent command of Armenian language. Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages will be a plus;
- Knowledge of Social Media advertising platform will be a plus.
