JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Alpha Food Service is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, monitor and implement the Company's social media marketing strategies in order to increase the brand awareness online presence and improve the marketing and sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to promote brands awareness and engagement;
- Define most important social media KPIs;
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketing Department, create and maintain the Company's social media identity and voice;
- Create, manage and oversee social media content;
- Use creativity and strategic thinking to brainstorm and develop ideas for innovative, integrated social media campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and business accounts;
- Analyze campaign results, response, and feedbacks to continuously improve campaign performance;
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
- Assist with market research to discover consumer and business needs, habits and trends;
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns and social media content;
- Evaluate social media trends and lead innovative ideas to generate traffic;
- Assist in all other digital, social media or marketing projects as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Solid background or proven experience in social media and marketing;
- Experience in developing and executing large scale social media strategies and community engagement;
- In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
- Experience in the food/ beverage industry SMM is a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills; understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;
- Ability to apply SEO techniques is a plus;
- Excellent writing skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent project/ time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking;
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
