JOB DESCRIPTION:
BD Retail Group LLC is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist who will administrate the Company's social media marketing and advertising.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original and high-quality content;- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (i.e. employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the Company's marketing and online review building);
- Create a regular publishing schedule;
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, as well as timely marketing campaigns;
- Promote content through social advertising;
- Responsible for deliberate planning and goal setting;
- Responsible for development of brand awareness and online reputation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education;- At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing;
- Creative and positive person;
- Ability to efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, as well as stretch extra hours to complete assigned task;
- Experience with relevant software applications;
- Knowledge of Photoshop;
- Strong knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
