Canapea Catering is looking for a highly motivated, innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist to help stay as one of the leading catering companies in Armenia. At the present, the Company works hard to create its digital marketing team that will be responsible for the web shop development and social media marketing management. To become a member of the team, the ideal candidate should be a team player on the one hand and at the same time to be able to work independently. As a really fast growing company, Canapea Catering is looking for a leader that can set goals and fulfil them in a start-up (uncomfortable) environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules;- Define most important social media KPI’s (audience growth, audience profile, audience engagement, content reach, engagement by content type, leads, response rate and quality feedback, etc.);
- Create, manage and oversee social media content, graphics, video and marketing copy;
- Collect customer insights and analyze interactions and visits, create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Publish daily content through social media platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook);
- Measure the success of every social media campaign;
- Identify target customer;
- Create and manage advertisement (promotions) campaigns through targeting strategies and tactics;
- Keep track of data and analyse the performance of social media campaigns;
- Responsible for cultivation of lead and sales;
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer or PostPlaner;
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent;- At least 3 years of working experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, Armenian languages;
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text, photo, video), presentation and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge and skills in visual design and graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW) software;
- Ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once;
- Analytical ability and organizational skills.
