JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Euro Truck LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated person to fill in the position of Spare Parts Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Research and build relationships with new and potential customers;
- Maintain fruitful relationships with the existing customers;
- Implement parts sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers;
- Plan and place new orders;
- Track the entire order process from quote request, order entry to shipping and invoicing;
- Control inventory and replenish stock of all parts;
- Implement commercial proposals preparation and presentation to customers for parts and services related to parts sales;
- Organize custom clearance process of spare parts;
- Conduct and improve commercial negotiations with international partners;
- Maintain and update supplier contracts;
- Attend conferences, meetings and events abroad;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the After Sales Manager and General Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education in a relevant field; technical education is preferable;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field;
- Fluency in Russian and English languages, both written and verbal;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office; knowledge of 1C program will be a plus;
- Self-motivated personality with the ability to work under pressure proactively and independently.
