JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Converse Bank is looking for a Specialist who will assist the ATM Maintenance Unit in technical and software maintenance to ensure the adequate operation of ATMs and payment terminals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Responsible for technical maintenance of ATMs and payment terminals;
- Responsible for software maintenance of ATMs and payment terminals;
- Work with Smart Vista;
- Responsible for withdrawal and servicing of swallowed cards;
- Submit performance reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher technical education;
- At least 2 years of technical work experience, preferably in the banking sector;
- Knowledge of MS Office and Armenian Software;
- Experience in working with network protocols;
- Driving license B, C;
- Excellent communication skills.
