JOB DESCRIPTION: 

"Global Credit" UCO CJSC is looking for a Specialist of Back Office Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Create a loan collateral (mortgage, collateral) and other contracts and related agreements;
- Perform notarial certification and state registration of collateral agreements;
- Carry out other activities related to loan processing and crediting in the Sector;
- Learn about the Company's internal regulations and other legal acts as defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- Perform the current assignments of the Head of the Department and the Executive Director.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- Work experience in banking is preferable;
- Ability to simultaneously implement different assignments;
- Ability to work in a regulated environment;
- Readiness and ability to work on identical and multilateral transactions (actions);
- High sense of discipline and responsibility;
- Meticulous person.
