JOB DESCRIPTION: 

"Global Credit" UCO CJSC is looking for a Specialist of Consumer Loans Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Provide customer service;
- Constant work with new and current customers;
- Provide information and consulting services to customers;
- Review credit applications;
- Responsible for credit risk assessment, including customer creditworthiness, solvency assessment;
- Create new contracts and register in AS Bank 4.0;
- Present credit cases to credit committee (if necessary);
- Responsible for the formation of loan packages, loan provision and further maintenance;
- Periodically monitor provided loans;
- May be required to perform other duties arising out of the labor need.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher financial, economic or mathematical education;
- Experience in consumer lending will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in sales; knowledge of sales tools is preferable;
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems;
- Ethics of communication with clients and colleagues; advanced negotiation skills;
- Organizational and teamwork capability;
- Ability to work tirelessly;
- Ability to work in a fast and rapidly changing environment;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to simultaneously implement different assignments;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
- Knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good command of English and Russian languages․
