JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Central Bank of Armenia is looking for a Specialist in Risk Management Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Participate in the performing of the following activities:
- Operational risk analysis and assessment of business processes, operational risk monitoring of business processes/ systems;
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessment of operational risks;
- Development of operational risk management methodology and regulatory framework;
- Management of operational risk register;
- Development of operational risk management principles and guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Technology or a related field;
- At least 1 year of work experience in risk management field is a plus;
- Knowledge of:
a) Risk Management Methods and Models;
b) Banking;
c) Statistical and Financial Data Analysis;
d) Business Process Management;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to work within a team.
