Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:
FAB Group LLC is looking for a Store Manager for its brand retail store chains.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of the store;- Train, supervise and appraise the staff;
- Maintain statistical and financial records;
- Deal with customer queries and complaints;
- Oversee pricing and stock control;
- Maximize profitability and meet sales targets, including motivating staff to do so;
- Report to the head office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education, preferably in Management;- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Self-motivated, honest and goal-oriented person;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Proficiency in ArmSoft and MS Excel is as an advantage.
