JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Heltun is looking for a responsible, energetic and tech-savvy specialist to join its growing team taking the important role of managing the Company's global supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of manufacturing and logistic processes. The ideal candidate should be a customer and results-driven person with good commercial sense.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Find suppliers based on the Company's technical requirements;
- Conduct communication and commercial negotiations with suppliers;
- Work with suppliers to arrange proper manufacturing and shipment processes from/ to various locations;
- Plan and implement logistical strategy, work on forecasts and inventories, oversee product storage, handle and distribute, ensure targets are met;
- Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process;
- Participate in the decision making processes related to design and manufacturing, properly communicate the Company's needs and monitor the respective processes with the global partners on a daily basis;
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Commerce or a related field; bachelor's degree in Engineering is a big plus;
- At least 3 years of work experience with foreign companies; experience with Chinese companies is a plus;
- Knowledge of international trade, transportation/ logistics practices and principles;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage;
- Flexibility to travel overseas to visit warehouses, suppliers and partners;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
