JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Converse Bank is seeking a skilled Team Lead to efficiently conduct the monitoring of the card transactions of the Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Direct international and local appeals;
- Manage relationships with payment systems;
- Observe and draft daily reports sent by Visa and MasterCard payment systems;
- Responsible for completion of questionnaires regarding the projects with VISA and MASTERCARD and other programs, management of products and certification projects;
- Develop rules for the prevention of fraud, make reporting as defined by international payment and settlement systems;
- Plan and control over the Group's current operations;
- Develop and implement new projects to improve the sector;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- 5 years of work experience in cards transactions;
- At least 2 years of management experience in a bank or other financial institution;
- Computer literacy: MS Office, specifically MS Excel, MS Access, and AS;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Team leadership skills;
- Time management skills;
- Efficient communication skills;
- Teamwork abilities;
- Ability to deal with classified information.
