Role description:

Terminals and ATMs Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the service of ATMs, terminal-converters, payment terminals belonging to the Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What will you be doing?

• ensure the continuous operation of ATMs;
• participate in the process of ensuring the software and technical service of terminal-converters, payment terminals;
• participate in the installation process of newly installed ADFT;
• monitor ADFT owned by the Bank and fix any issues;
• study and respond to problematic applications;
• collect ADFT belonging to the Bank if necessary;
• withdraw cards seized by ATMs;
• participate and implement the expansion of the service network of payment instruments;
• implement other tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

What skills is Evoca looking for?

• university degree in economics or finance;
• at least 1 year of professional experience in the bank in software and technical support of ATMs, payment terminals and terminal converters;
• high level of responsibility and ability to work in a team;
• excellent communication skills;
• strong analytical mind.
