As part of the Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help the Company's customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. The Company is recruiting for a Trade Analyst who will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of claim backup. The post holder will be creating claims ensuring accuracy at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create claims, input required fields, attach backup, balance to the backup received, and choose a contract that best matches the claim backup coming in;- Update daily stats on manual and eclaim counts and dates, moving claims from evaluation to complete and updating all records;
- Ensure proper coverage for all accounts assigned, keeping the dates in sync, list bad mappings, communicating any questions with the Account Manager and/or Director of Client Services;
- Reach out and resolve customer claims, work missing back up reports;
- Manage mailbox, and monitor VIP customers to ensure they are processed as priority;
- Use Excel daily to manage different aspects of the role;
- Work on brand new accounts once started and work closely with the Account Manager to get the manual created for other team members.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Very good knowledge of the English language;- Fully computer literate;
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and properly sum data;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to complete work accurately;
- Excellent time management skills.
