JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The primary objective of the trainer is to deliver comprehensive educational sessions to schoolchildren and staff on topics related to clean water, hygiene, sanitation, and health, thereby improving knowledge and promoting healthier practices.
Total of 9 sessions planned. Each session will last approximately 3 hours.
Training sessions will be held at secondary schools of Sanahin Kayaran and Karkop settlements. A detailed schedule will be provided upon confirmation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Design and develop content: Create engaging and age-appropriate educational materials and presentations on clean water, hygiene, sanitation, and health;
- Conduct training sessions:
a/) Deliver interactive sessions to schoolchildren and staff, focusing on practical hygiene and sanitation practices;
b) Utilize various teaching methods, including demonstrations, group discussions, and visual aids.
- Assess knowledge: Evaluate participants' understanding through quizzes, feedback forms, or informal assessments to gauge the effectiveness of the training;
- Provide resources: Distribute relevant materials such as brochures, posters, and handouts to reinforce learning;
- Support implementation: Offer guidance on how to implement learned practices and address any questions or concerns from participants.

Deliverables
- Training plan: Detailed outline of training objectives, content, methods, and schedule.
- Educational materials: Creation of handouts, presentations, and other educational resources.
- Session reports: Summary reports after each session, including participant feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Final report: Comprehensive report at the end of the training program detailing the outcomes, challenges faced, and impact on participants.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Relevant qualifications in public health, education, or a related field;
- Experience in delivering educational programs on hygiene, sanitation, and health;
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences, including children and adults.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: 

Compensation will be based on per session.
