Praemium RA is looking for a skilled UI Developer who is extremely attentive to details. The candidate should be enthusiastic about creating great user experiences and always advocate for them. He/ she should enjoy turning conceptual ideas into sketches or wireframes using a visual editor and love to bring those designs to the web, using HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, prioritize, and analyze business requirements, end-user goals, and technical goals and translate them into technical/ functional requirements, prototypes, user-flows, and/ or mockups;- Recommend system changes, enhancements;
- Support research, analysis and development of unscoped implementations;
- Demonstrate empathy and care for end-users in work and thought.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong UI/ UX design sensibilities;- Deep understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript;
- Experience with graphics editor or wireframe tool;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of peers, understanding and respecting the responsibilities and expertise that developers, designers, QA folks, and others all bring to the project.
