JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The AGBU WE Program Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Program Manager and the WE Program team as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Coordinate the process of reviewing and selecting applications for program participation, including handling of correspondence and scheduling;
- Provide technical review of course materials;
- Assist with the AVC Moodle platform (follow-up with deadlines, office-hour scheduling, Zoom meetings etc.);
- Provide administrative support during trainings;
- Assist in the preparation of report;
- Conduct research and create presentations for instructors and WE Program Manager;
- Review “Workplace Fundamentals” course materials, monitor participant progress;
- Assist with events including organizing RSVPs and communications;
- Monitor social media and manage the closed FB group;
- Work closely with the employer’s communications team to coordinate visual materials, event visibility etc.;
- Create and update Program participants’ database information;
- Ensure liaison between instructors and students;
- Monitor participants' attendance at "Workplace Fundamental" courses;
- Organize and hold technical meetings with the Program participants;
- Check teaching materials;
- Organize the homework process;
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks concurrently;
- Well-versed in modern administrative practices and procedures;
- Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Possesses good time management abilities;
- Known for punctuality and reliability;
- Displays strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Shows keen attention to detail and adept prioritization skills;
- Excels in organizational capabilities;
- Fluent in written and spoken Armenian, English, and Russian;
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
- Holds a high level of responsibility and accountability;
- Excels in interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, active listening, and colleague respect;
- Capable of thriving both individually and as part of a team;
- Proficient in adapting to a fast-paced, demanding environment; embraces flexibility and willingness to perform additional work-related tasks, even during irregular hours;
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Proven effectiveness in fast-paced and high-stress environments, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional work-related responsibilities, including irregular hours.
