ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ardshinbank is looking for a 1st Class Specialist/ Senior Analyst/ GM, Retail Loan Centralized Division.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for analysis, inspection of documents required for the formulation of retail loans (real estate, mortgages, etc.) and their collateral (real estate, collateral, cash, etc.);
- Verify the compliance of collateral, guarantee and loan agreements, offers with the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and other acts for the formulation of retail loans (mortgages, mortgages, etc.) and their collateral (real estate, collateral, funds, etc.);
- Sign retail loans (real estate, mortgages, etc.) and their collateral (real estate, collateral, cash, etc.);
- Verify data entered for retail loan formulation within the scope of its jurisdiction.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education, preferably in economical, technical or legal field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the formation of credit, collateral agreements in the financial and banking sector for the last 5 years;
- Knowledge of MS Office, Lotus, LSoft or similar applications;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian language.
