ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

42 Yerevan is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the operations of the school, further develop the program and build partnerships with tech companies. He/ she will be in charge of the 42 team and will maintain the daily operations while introducing constant enhancements to the school and its curriculum. As part of the EU Tumo team he/ she will be working in an international and multi disciplinary environment with the goal to create innovative educational programs to supply high quality technologists and software engineers to the Armenian job market and support the Country's economic growth.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and operational budget;
- Manage and lead a team to efficiently operate the school, enhance facilities, improve educational materials, and support students with personal/ technical issues;
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech companies to acquire sponsorships, support students with internships/ jobs and regarding other collaborative purposes;
- Manage internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop tools and data dashboards to improve daily operations;
- Track and analyze data to ensure the successful completion of short/ long-term goals.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 3 years of experience in project management;
- Excellent planning, decision making and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Armenian languages);
- Excellent computer, Internet and software skills and understanding of IT networks;
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team;
- Ability to present and communicate confidently and effectively;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multidisciplinary teams;
- Ability to be punctual and meet deadlines;
- Ability to adapt to needs of the project and prioritize tasks;
- Quality and detail oriented;
- Passionate about computer science and technology.

Nice to have:
- Prior experience in managing educational programs;
- Prior experience in programming (e.g. web/ app development, databases).
